1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stokkfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Stokkfy is an AI-powered inventory management and auto-ordering platform. The Service connects to your point-of-sale system, monitors stock levels, and facilitates orders with your suppliers via email, WhatsApp, voice call, or web portal.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Supplier Credentials
If you provide supplier portal credentials for automated ordering:
- You authorize Stokkfy to access those portals on your behalf to place orders.
- Credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely.
- You can delete stored credentials at any time.
- Stokkfy is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly due to supplier portal changes.
5. Auto-Ordering
When you enable autonomous ordering:
- Stokkfy will automatically send orders to your suppliers when stock drops below your configured reorder points.
- You are responsible for setting correct reorder points and quantities.
- Stokkfy is not liable for financial losses resulting from automated orders.
- You can switch to "ask permission" mode at any time, requiring manual approval before orders are sent.
6. AI Features
Stokkfy uses artificial intelligence for chatbot responses, product identification, and supplier search. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should verify critical information before acting on it.
7. Pricing and Payments
- Stokkfy offers free and paid plans as described on our pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam.
- Abuse the credit system or create multiple accounts to gain additional credits.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stokkfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect orders, supplier disputes, or inventory discrepancies.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
