Getting Started with Stokkfy
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Step 1: Connect Your POS (2 min)
1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click "Connect [Your POS]" (Square, Shopify, Toast, Clover, etc.)
3. Authorize access (one-click OAuth)
4. Wait for initial sync (5-15 min)

Step 2: Add Suppliers (2 min)
1. Go to Suppliers → Add Supplier
2. Enter:
3. Repeat for each supplier (5-8 is typical)
Step 3: Enable Auto-Ordering (1 min)
1. Go to Settings → Auto-Ordering
2. Choose mode:
3. Set preferences per supplier
4. Done!
What Happens Next
24-48 Hours: AI Learning
Stokkfy analyzes your sales patterns:
Day 3+: Auto-Ordering Begins
When AI predicts a stockout:
1. Generates purchase order with optimal quantity
2. Sends to supplier via WhatsApp or email
3. Logs confirmation
4. Notifies you

"How accurate is the AI?"
→ 90%+ accuracy within 2 weeks. You can override any prediction.
"What if I want to review orders before they're sent?"
→ Use "Approval Required" mode. AI generates orders, you click "Send."
"Can I use Stokkfy without a POS integration?"
→ Yes, but you'll need to manually update inventory levels. POS integration is highly recommended.
"What if my supplier doesn't use WhatsApp or email?"
→ Stokkfy can call them via AI voice agent (coming soon) or you can manually place orders.
